Unlike any other walking aid on the market so far, the WHEELLATOR® has four different movement options, which the user can apply depending on their condition.
- Normal rollator function
- Seated movement by means of peddling onward with ones feet
- Moving in the “wheelchair mode” by pushing the back wheels by hands, with footrests folded down
- Being pushed by an assistant in wheelchair mode, with footrests folded down
It should be noted that the WHEELLATOR® was not designed to be a permanent and complete replacement for a wheelchair. The wheelchair function of the walker is intended to safely bridge distances in acute occurring weakness of the user, walking with the help of the device should always be the primary way of moving.
